Historic Grossmann House is open for one-hourly tours this Sunday, 11th April, commencing 10:30am to 3pm. Entry is $10 Adult and children 12 and over; $8 Concession and children 5-11; National Trust members free. Grossmann House is a heritage-listed former residence and Maitland Girls' High School premises and now house museum at 71 Church Street, Maitland, It was built from 1860 to 1862 by Isaac Beckett and Samuel Owen. The property is managed by the National Trust of Australia, and is associated with the neighbouring mirror image Brough House, also managed by the National Trust. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 1 March 2002.
