We are very excited to share some good news with you!

Firstly, we would like to thank you for your cooperation and understanding during these trying times.

Secondly, we were very happy to see that during Level 3 Restrictions, (which means emergency procedures only) we had the opportunity to help new patients in our practice who were experiencing pain and discomfort. However, our ongoing patients had no emergencies during this time due to our preventative approach to treatment, patient’s cooperation and patient’s education.

Thirdly, Covid-19 restrictions have eased to Level 2 according to Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC).

We have put in place extra precautions, along with maintaining our high standards of infection control protocols, which include:

-           Screening your health over the phone before you attend to your appointment,

-           Sanitise your hands upon arrival and at the end of your treatment,

-           Magazines and toys have been removed from our reception area,

-           We kindly ask that you wait in your car or outside the surgery. We have onsite and street parking for your convenience.

Once you have arrived to your appointment, please call us on 02 6678 2220 to let us know you are here.

-           We offer you a pre-treatment mouth rinse,

-           Extra high levels of PPE,

-           Air filtration system has been implemented in the surgery,

-           We offer special days and times for elderly & high-risk patients,

We welcomed the decision made by the National Cabinet to gradually recommence elective surgery and dental procedures.
