About This Business

I'm a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner & Health Coach. I work with people to get their health on track through healthy whole foods. I have a special interest in helping people kick sugar and carbohydrate addictions, particularly working with Type 2 diabetics to get them on the path to reversal.

I run group (now online) classes on sugar detox. I also consult one on one.
